Utthan Sewa Samiti is dedicated to promoting women’s employment in the industrial sector, with a special focus on increasing their participation in the organized workforce. We believe that empowering women with the right skills and opportunities is essential for achieving inclusive economic development and gender equality.

Our initiative is designed to prepare women as semi-skilled, skilled, and highly skilled workers by providing a broad range of industry-relevant training programs. These include technical skills, machinery operation, quality control, production techniques, and workplace safety—all tailored to meet current industrial demands. Training modules are created in consultation with industry experts to ensure alignment with market needs.

To strengthen the overall ecosystem, we also provide advanced training for instructors who work in vocational and industrial training centers. This ensures that the quality of instruction remains high and up to date with evolving industry standards.

Recognizing the unique challenges women face in entering and thriving in male-dominated sectors, we have established women-exclusive training institutes. These centers create safe, supportive, and encouraging environments where women can learn, grow, and build long-term careers.
